I think that the most important to be connect with people is to should your respect to him or her,Jewish will never forget that how Greman kill their neighbors as using an ultimately cruel way. The better connection to understand people's problem is to approach them and think of the way they live but not consider that they are seperate from your own. For example, basketball is my favorite sport, but I don't like to play with those people who doesn't know how to make a score, or even don't know how to pass a ball, that's bad, they're suck. However though, I will still be friend with them and to talk about their skills what they should be improved, and teach them how to play basketball as well though. The same as the people who is much better than me, I might show my respect to ask them for teaching me advanced skill. Thus, for me, I won't become necessarily emphasize how bad they are or I won't even laugh at them. I think this is a good way to show my perspective that to approach the people with a different background with me as they were our own.
